Brickell, Florida lies south of the Miami River, extending south to the Rickenbacker Causeway, and is mostly mixed financial and residential north of sw 15th road, and mostly residential south.

Key Biscayne

Key Biscayne, Florida is a Florida town on a barrier island across the Rickenbacker Causeway from Miami. It lies between 2 large parks Crandon Park and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park each with long, sheltered beaches, mangroves and tropical forest inhabited by birdlife, butterflies and loggerhead turtles.

Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove, Florida was formed in 1925 when the city of Miami annexed two areas of about equal size, the city of Coconut Grove and most of the town of Silver Bluff. Coconut Grove is the oldest permanent settlement in Miami-Dade. Many were lured to its shores with the Homestead Act in the late 1800s, particularly from the Bahamas the Keys. By 1919 it became its own city, but in 1925 it was annexed by the City of Miami.

Coral Gables

Coral Gables, Florida is a city near Miami, in Florida. It’s home to the 1920s Venetian Pool, carved from a rock quarry, with its grottoes, towers and bridge. Coral Gables Merrick House is the restored childhood home of city founder George Merrick. Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden includes tree-lined lakes, a tropical rainforest and a butterfly display. The collections at Lowe Art Museum include Cuban and Caribbean works.

Miami Beach

Pinecrest, Florida rapid growth and local issues during the 1990s inspired a movement led by residents Evelyn Langlieb Greer and Gary Matzner to incorporate the area. The Village of Pinecrest, Florida was officially incorporated on March 12, 1996.

Palmetto Bay

Palmetto Bay is a suburban incorporated village in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The population was 23,410 during the 2010 US census. Palmetto Bay includes Three neighborhoods that were former census-designated places, Cutler, Rockdale and East Perrine.

Ocean Reef

Ocean Reef’s, Key Largo Florida roots date back to 1945, when Minnesota real estate developer Morris Baker created a fishing camp and small lodge on the site. By 1969, the acreage had expanded, and ownership was transferred to Harper Sibley Jr. and his partner Morris Burke, who founded the Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo Florida.
